Z95 Series
Designed for automated production of resin-coated sand cores and shell molds, the K8A Series features an integrated sand scraper for removing loose sand from the core box surface. After curing, the movable core box automatically rotates 90° for core ejection, followed by automatic core removal for efficient and stable operation. Pneumatic or hydraulic drive configurations are available, together with electric or gas heating. Core box temperature is regulated by a digital temperature control system, while perimeter safety guarding provides additional operator protection.

The K8 Series is a well-established shell core machine design that has been widely applied in foundry production for many years. It features a simple and robust structure, complete core-making functions, high production efficiency and adjustable core box thickness. The door-opening design allows convenient core removal, while electric or gas heating can be configured according to process requirements.
